Is this program court-approved in Ohio?

Yes, our 72-Hour DUI Intervention & Prevention Program is fully approved by Ohio courts. Upon successful completion, you will receive official documentation that can be submitted to the court as proof of compliance with your requirements.

Please bring a valid government-issued ID, comfortable clothing for a 3-day stay, any prescribed medications, personal hygiene items, and any court documentation related to your case. We provide all educational materials, meals, and accommodations.

Absolutely. All assessments, discussions, and personal information shared during the program are kept strictly confidential. We only share completion status with the court as required for your legal compliance.

We accept cash, money orders, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Payment is due at the time of registration. Payment plans may be available – please contact us to discuss options.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled program date are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional charge, subject to availability.

The program includes individual assessments, group educational sessions, substance abuse awareness training, decision-making skills development, and planning for a healthier future. Sessions are led by licensed professionals in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Yes, the program fee includes hotel accommodations for the duration of the program. Meals are also provided. You’ll stay at either the Comfort Suites in Columbus or Baymont Inn in Delaware, depending on your chosen location.

Yes, upon successful completion of the program, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion that is recognized by Ohio courts. This certificate includes all necessary information for your court filing.

We recommend registering at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your preferred program dates. If you have a court deadline approaching, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

To maintain the integrity and focus of the program, visitation during the 72-hour session is not permitted. However, family members are welcome to drop off and pick up participants at the designated times.
